Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 is a Playstation 2 game, based on the Forgotten Realms D&D campaign. I should hasten to add that the geography, monsters and characters are based on Forgotten Realms. The combat and spell system seems only loosely based on D&D. That doesn’t really hurt anything, maybe even streamlines it a little. Of course, I’m not familiar with the latest versions of D&D rules so I may be way off on that one. I believe that this is also a PC Role Playing Game as well.
This game is pretty much a great dungeon hack. Pick your characters, fight to get them some experience and level up, figure out some tricks and traps, kick some a$$, rest and repeat. Can adventuring life get any better than this? Me thinks not! I love a good dungeon crawl, and this game is recomended by many a dungeon lover. Join the ranks of players who can’t get enough monsters, traps and trreasure. The terrain is more varied than just underground, too. This game wanders out of the dungeon and into the rest of the Forgotten Realms world.
You can choose to play as an elven sorceress, a human archer or a dwarven fighter. Each has his or advantages. And speaking about advantages, how about leveling out the playing field with a little cheating? I know that’s why you’re here…
Get to the Cheat Menu and Toughen Up!
To unlock the Invulnerability and Level Warp menu, you need to hold down L1, R1, Triangle, Square, Circle, X, and Start. Nw you be ready to take on that gelatenous cube and those displacer beasts!

You have to complete every one of the missions to unlock Amigo, Billy Hatcher, and Nights. Now that’s dedication.
Chaos Emerald Gear
You will need to have the highest level rank in all the story mode stages in order to pull this one off. If you get to rank, put the controller down and head for the shower. Peeyeew!
MAG Gear
Complete all the Story Mode missions to latch onto this stuff.
Mission Mode
Once you pound through Story Mode, you get into Mission Mode! OOooo!
